• Open the app and click "Forgot Password?"
• Agree to the password safety guidelines and continue.
• Confirm your identity by entering your username, social security number, and zip code.
• Choose how to receive a temporary password, then use it along with your username to create a new password.

• Log in to Online Banking
  • Access your WyHy account through Online Banking.
• Navigate to Services
  • Click "Services" in the Main Menu.
• Select eAlerts
  • Choose eAlerts from the list of Services and click "Continue".
  • The default screen will display your current settings and any alerts already set up.
• Add a New Alert
  • To add a new alert, click on the "Add Alert" button located in the upper right portion of the screen.
