A digital card is a virtual form of your debit card that exists in electronic form. This card can be saved on your mobile device (on the WyHy app and in your Digital Wallet).
WyHy’s Digital Card Issuance offers members immediate access to a digital version of their debit card, allowing seamless online, in-app, and contactless payments with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. This service ensures that you can shop securely and conveniently while waiting for your physical card to arrive. Absolutely! Your digital card is compatible with mobile wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Simply add a new card and enter the details of your digital card.

Where Can I Use My Card?
Once your card is loaded in your Digital Wallet, you can use it in multiple places!
- In-store: You can use your digital wallet to pay anywhere you see the contactless symbol by holding your phone up to the symbol on the terminal.
- Online: Some sites let you select Digital Wallet as your payment option at checkout.
- In-app: You can use your Digital Wallet for things like food delivery, coffee, and rideshares.
- ATMs: Just select your debit card in your Digital Wallet and hold your phone over the contactless symbol at any participating Co-Op ATM.
Digital Wallets Keep Your Card Number Safe
It's important to note that your actual card number isn't saved on your phone or shared with merchants. A virtual card number is generated and assigned to your Digital Wallet and mobile device.

Receive a Text Notification
You'll receive a text notifying you that your digital card is ready. This allows you to add your card to your digital wallet, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Login to Mobile Banking
Use the WyHy mobile banking app to add your new card to your preferred digital wallet. A 2-factor authentication security code will be sent to you via text or email for added security.
Use Text Link for Quick Access
The text message includes a link and access code for adding your card to Apple Pay and Google Pay. Follow the instructions, including setting a PIN for your new card.
Start Shopping
Once added to your digital wallet, you can view card details, including the full card number, a temporary expiration date, and a temporary CVV. Use the card immediately for online and in-person purchases.
