We want to inform all members about recent reports of scam calls from individuals pretending to be from WyHy’s fraud department. These fraudsters are calling members, claiming their cards have been compromised, and asking for personal information, including the last four digits of their card number.

  • Caller Claims to Be From WyHy: The scammer will identify themselves as part of WyHy’s fraud department.
  • Card Compromise Claim: They will say your card is compromised and may urge you to act quickly.
  • Request for Card Information: They will ask for the last four digits of your card or other personal details.

Important Reminder:

WyHy will NEVER request sensitive card information over the phone, including your card number, PIN, or full Social Security number.

What to Do If You Receive One of These Calls:

  1. Hang Up Immediately: Do not engage with the caller or provide any personal details.
  2. Contact WyHy Directly: If you're concerned about the status of your card, call us at [insert phone number].
