Our Streamline Mortgage offers:

  • Loan to Value: Up to 70%*
  • Repayment Terms: You have several options to choose from, based on your credit score and loan amount. Payments will remain the same through the term of the loan. The term of the loan does not exceed 10 years.*
  • Interest Rate: Based on the current CU Members 15/10 year and loan-to-value
  • Closing Fee: One-time fee of $499 to cover recording, releasing, title and flood certificate. Appraisal fee may be required.
  • Early Payoff Penalty: None
  • Late Fees: 5% of the payment or $25.00, whichever is greater after 10 days
  • Make your monthly payments in a variety of ways: in person, through the mail, auto deduction, payroll deduction, Online Banking or telephone banking
  • Receive estatements via Online Banking, or through the mail
  • Members who select eStatements via Online Banking will be able to view their statements on the 1st day of each month
  • Other requirements: Flood insurance may be required by the Underwriter
  • Apply online
  • Call anytime to apply and get pre-approved

Streamline Mortgages are available to those who own property in the State of Wyoming and are financing mortgages with minimum balances and substantial equity.
